Yusuf Estes
He was born Joseph Estes in 1944, an american from Texas. He converted to Islam in 1991. He was a muslim chaplain for United States Bureau of prisons during the 1990’s, he also served as a delegate to United Nations World Peace conference for religious Leaders held at U.N in Sept 2000.
He has served as a guest presenter & speaker at various Islamic events. He was named as the Islamic personality of the year at the Dubai In’l Holy Quran Award Ceremeny on 8 Aug 2012.
He is the founder & President of Guide Us TV a free to air Internet & Satellite T.V. Channel which broadcasts programs about Islam.
