Since the origin of the world from Prophet Adam (Peace be upon him), there is a misconception of many religions to follow, although the actual religion sent by God (Allah) was Islam (means Peace & “submission to the will of God”) since the first Prophet Adam, the messages sent by God to different Prophets are in shape of Book.
The book discusses the topic that there is only one God (Allah) & everyone should pray to Allah & do not do idol worship & how humans should live, eat, do business, marriage and many other topics are explained in holy book.
The Quran also explains the same & explains about many Prophets, such as Prophet Abraham, Issac, Jacob, Noah, David, Solomon, Job, Joseph, Moses, Aaron, Zachariah, John, Ishmael, Jesus, Elias, Elisha, Jonah, Lot & Muhammad (Peace be upon all) & how to live in this world according to the principles of God (Allah) & the after world the akhirah is the better place to live instead of this world which is for your test for a very little specified period.
According to the Holy Quran the Holy Book & command which God (Allah) gave to different Prophets. Lets see in these verses of 6th Surah Al An’am.
That is Our argument. We gave it unto Abraham against his folk. We raise unto degrees of wisdom whom We will. Lo! thy Lord is Wise, Aware 6:83
And We bestowed upon him Isaac and Jacob; each of them We guided; and Noah did We guide aforetime; and of his seed (We guided) David and Solomon and Job and Joseph and Moses and Aaron. Thus do We reward the good 6:84
And Zachariah and John and Jesus and Elias. Each one (of them) was of the righteous. 6:85
And Ishmael and Elisha and Jonah and Lot. Each one (of them) did We prefer above (Our) creatures, 6:86
With some of their forefathers and their offspring and their brethren; and We choose them and guided them unto a straight path 6:87
Such is the guidance of Allah wherewith He guideth whom He will of His bondmen. But if they had set up (for worship) aught beside Him, (all) that they did would have been vain 6:88
Those are they unto whom We gave the Book and command and Prophet hood. But if these disbelieve therein, then indeed We shall entrust it to a people who will not be disbelievers therein 6:89
According to some researchers of the Holy Quran, these 7 verses also mentions that Allah gave the book to all these 18 prophets mentioned above.
Holy Quran to Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) is the continuation of the same message sent by God in the previous books.
We as a Muslim believe in all above mentioned Prophets & those explained in the Quran & the Books given to them by God (Allah) & all those books explains the coming of Last Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).
As we can see in Hindu scriptures & in Torah, Psalms, The Gospel.
In the Hindu scriptures the very authentic & sacred are the 4 Vedas.

No Muslim is a muslim if he does not believe in Jesus (Pbuh). We believe that Jesus is one of the mighteous messenger of God (Allah), we believe that he was born mericulously.
We believe that he heals those born blind & give life to the dead with God permission.
Islam is not a new religion, many people have misconceptions that Islam is a new religion that came into existence 1400 years ago & Prophet Muhammad (Pbuh), is the founder of this religion.
In fact Islam is there since man sat foot on this earth since Prophet Adam (Pbuh) & Prophet Muhammad is not the founder of this religion but he is the last & final messenger of Almighty God (Allah) to whom the final Book is revealed, the glorious Quran.
Quran also explains the birth of Jesus (Pbuh) which is a well known miracle to all humanity. It is explained in Chapter 3 Verse 45 – 51. The same is also mentioned in Bible. There is a full chapter with the name of Mary (Marium) Mother of Jesus (Pbuh).

Let see in Judaism, its mentioned in the book of Deuteronomy Chapter 6 Verse 4 in hebrew quotation. Moses (Pbuh) says Hear, O Israel The Lord our God, the Lord is one.
Book Isaiah Chapter 43 Verse 11 “I even i am Lord & besides me there is no saviour”.
Book of Isaiah Chapter 45 Verse 5 ” I am Lord & there is none else”.
